Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Should an item be temporarily unavailable, customers will be contacted using the details provided during checkout.

2. Delivery Areas

COCO BOOKS currently delivers throughout South Africa, as well as globally.

Additional shipping charges and customs requirements may apply for international deliveries.

3. Delivery Methods

Products may be delivered through:

• Courier services
• Postal services where applicable
• Collection arrangements where agreed
• Electronic delivery for digital content

The available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major South African centres: 2 to 5 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: 3 to 10 business days
• Internationally: 2 to 12 business days

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where COCO BOOKS has made an error.

6. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information supplied is accurate and complete.

COCO BOOKS will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Additional charges incurred as a result of incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Customers must inspect products upon delivery.

Any damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items should be reported to COCO BOOKS within 48 hours of delivery.

• Description of the issue
• Supporting photographs where applicable

8. Digital Products

Digital products, including eBooks, PDFs and audiobooks, are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices and software are compatible with the purchased digital content.
