Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed, packed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by email.

If an order has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and the Returns and Refunds Policy will apply.

2. Event Bookings

COCO BOOKS may from time to time host events including:

• Silent Reading Afternoons
• Book Club Gatherings
• Literary Events
• Workshops
• Coffee and Reading Experiences

Cancellation requests for events must be submitted in writing.

3. Event Refund Schedule

Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page:

• More than 14 days before the event: Full refund
• Between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund

COCO BOOKS may, in its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, including eBooks, PDFs, downloadable files and audiobooks, cancellations and refunds may not be possible once access or download has been provided. 5. Special Orders

Custom, special-order, imported or personalised products may not be cancelled once procurement, ordering or production has commenced.

6. Cancellation by COCO BOOKS

COCO BOOKS reserves the right to cancel an order or booking where:

• Payment has not been successfully received
• A pricing error has occurred
• Products are unavailable
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
• Events cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where applicable, customers will receive a refund of amounts paid.
